From I-40, take Exit 297 for Lake Wheeler Road.
If you're traveling East on I-40, turn Right off the
exit ramp.
If you're traveling West on I-40, turn Left off the
exit ramp.
Drive about a half a mile and look for the brown Carolina
Pines Park sign on the Left, and turn Left into
the park.
The fighter practice is behind the tennis court, and the meetings
are held in the picnic shelter that you pass on the way to the
tennis courts.
Parking is plentiful.
If the restrooms are locked:
You can use the facilities at the
gas station back up Lake Wheeler Road near the I-40 exit 297 ramp.
In case of foul weather:
If the weather is bad, the Baronial Meetings move to the Subway
in the gas station off Lake Wheeler across from the
entrance to the Farmers Market on the other side of I-40.
