The Canton of Kappellenberg meets every Monday evening
starting at 7:30 pm at the Chapel of the Cross, located on Franklin Street in
downtown Chapel Hill next to the Moorehead Planetarium on the edge
of the UNC
Campus.At our meetings we will discuss
upcoming or past events, go over any Canton business, and then
usually have a class on a particular topic (check
the calendar to see what that topic is).
After the meeting, many people go out to dinner to a local
restaurant (location varies).

DIRECTIONS
From I-40:
Take Exit 270 to US 15-501 Chapel Hill/Durham.
Turn South, towards Chapel Hill. The road splits after about 4 lights.
Keep to the Right, and you will be on Franklin Street (15-501 Business).
Continue up Franklin Street (you'll go up a curving hill) until you come
to the Morehead Planetarium on your Left. You will see a very large
sundial set in a rose garden in a parking lot. This is the Planetarium.
Turn in to this parking lot just past the sundial and park here.
From The South (US 15-501):
Take US 15-501North until it turns in to NC 86 (15-501 will turn off to
the right and NC 86 continues straight).
Go up NC 86 past the Hospital and through the UNC Campus until you get
to Franklin Street .
Turn Right onto Franklin Street .
Go through the two lights.
Shortly before you get to the third light (which is the exit to the
Planetarium), turn right into the Planetarium parking lot.
The Chapel of the Cross is to the Left of the Planetarium when you have
your back to Franklin Street .
Take the path through the hedge lining the parking lot. Turn toward the
back of the Church (away from Franklin Street), and go down the walkway
next to the fenced-in playground.
Enter the Church, and go down the stairs (there is also an elevator if
you'd rather use that). We are usually in the room at the end of the
short hall, to the right of the stairs. If that room is locked, we will
be in the room at the end of the long hall to the Left.
NOTE: Please do not park in the Chapel of the Cross parking lot unless
you have a handicapped tag, as they are likely to tow your car.
